Flat SGD $350 Management Fee, No Salary Markup
What you agree to pay the talent, the talent receives in full via our twice-monthly payroll on the 5th and 20th. Our only revenue from the engagement is the flat SGD $350 monthly management fee — same regardless of role or salary level.
Disciplined Operating Standards
We use monitoring software during contracted hours (contractually agreed before engagement begins). We coach before terminating, but we will terminate when coaching doesn’t close the gap.
